WASHINGTON, D.C. — A new report card shows the state of Oregon is not making the grade in emergency care support.
The 2014 American College of Emergency Physicians National Report Card gives Oregon an F in access to emergency care, a C+ in quality patient care, a D- in disaster preparedness.
It’s not all bad: the state received an A- in public health and injury prevention. Oregon improved slightly in almost every category moving from 47th to 32nd place overall.
