MEDFORD, Ore.– Two people accused of intentionally ramming Medford Police Officers with their truck, which led to an officer involved shooting, were in court, Monday.
Wayne Pearson and Savon Willard were arraigned at the Jackson County Court. The case is expected to go before a grand jury later this week. Pearson is facing several charges including assault, attempting to elude police, criminal mischief, as well as two hit and run charges.
Willard will face charges for possession of a Methamphetamine and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Both defendants also still have a fugitive hold from Idaho.
