Police Shooting Suspect in Court

4-11 willardMEDFORD, Ore. – An Idaho fugitive is facing trial for her alleged involvement in an officer involved shooting.

Shavon Willard appeared for an arraignment Friday. She and an associate, Wayne Pearson, apparently rammed a police car during a chase that ended in police opening fire.

Willard appeared briefly on camera from the Jackson County Jail while her legal counsel pleaded not guilty and requested further court dates. She’s scheduled to appear on April 28th on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine.

    I think the title of this is completely misleading. They did not shoot at police. Police shot at them. They had no weapons at all, in either of their possessions. I hope she gets some help for her sake and her families.
