MEDFORD, Ore. — Traffic was slowed on South Columbus Avenue after an accident left an SUV up-side-down.
Police say the driver of the Jeep Cherokee pulled out of Dakota Avenue onto South Columbus and collided with another car, spun out, and flipped over. The two people inside the jeep were wearing their seat belts and escaped with no injuries.
The driver of the flipped jeep was cited for failing to obey a stop sign. Police say that particular intersection is not known to be dangerous for drivers.
