PHOENIX, Ore. — Some Phoenix residents say the city is charging them for three times the amount of water they’re using. Today, residents will get a chance to voice their concerns.
A town-hall style meeting focusing on the city’s water rates is planned for tonight. This comes after a change in the water system at the beginning of the year.
Some say the change is causing them to be charged for water they’re not using. It is all for discussion tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Phoenix High School Library.
