Pet of the Week: Dudley

video preview image

Meet Dudley! He’s a five year-old Basset Hound who was found as a stray in Butte Falls. He is very outgoing and loves to go for walks on his leash. Dudley knows plenty of tricks including how to sit, and even shake hands (which is unusual for Basset Hounds!). Any families who may be interested in Dudley should be able to take him on plenty of walks to keep him in shape!

Volunteers from the Jackson County Animal Shelter will be at Pet Smart on Saturday, August 16th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will bring other dogs from the animal shelter who also need a home!

If you or someone you know is interested in adopting Dudley or a different type of dog, contact the Jackson County Animal Shelter. They can be reached at 541-774-6654, or visit them at 5595 S. Pacific Hwy in Phoenix. Their hours of operation are Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 4 p.m.
