Parents Perform CPR to Save Baby’s Life

TrailTRAIL, Ore. — A couple’s quick action is credited with saving their own baby’s life.

Friday afternoon, emergency responders rushed to the 64 hundred block of Crow Foot Road in Trail. Two teens were playing outside and didn’t notice their family friend’s 1-year-old girl disappear. A few minutes later, they found her in the creek. She accidently fell nearly 20 feet down the hill. The baby’s parents immediately performed CPR on her and resuscitated her.  

The girl was conscious and coughing up water by the time paramedics arrived. She was life flighted to a hospital and is now in stable condition.

    It’s a good thing that the baby’s parents know how to perform CPR otherwise, we don’t know what might have happened to the kid. That is why it is really important to learn CPR skills. CPR save lives, not just your loved ones but anybody who might need your help at the time of a most crucial situation.
