MEDFORD, Ore. — It wouldn’t be springtime in Southern Oregon without the Pear Blossom Festival. The 61st annual event is full of activities for all ages and all interests.
Friday, visit downtown Medford’s restaurants on the smudge pot stroll from 5:00 to 9:00. Several events span both Friday and Saturday, including the pear-a-fare, the street fare, which both take place downtown. Mosey on over to the Rogue Valley Square Dance Center for plenty do-see-doe-ing on Friday and Saturday.
The Annual Pear Blossom Run begins Saturday’s long list of events which of course includes the Pear Blossom Parade at 11:00 featuring the Festival’s Queen and her court as well as your favorite NewsWatch 12 team members. The weekend winds down with the stamp show, wrapping up Sunday at 4:30.
