This weekend the Jackson County Fairgrounds is coming alive with a celebration of harvest time!
The 2013 Harvest Festival features food, drink, music and lots of old-fashioned fun for the whole family and it’s the home of the biggest and best Brewfest of the year.
This year’s Brewfest is better than ever. You can enter your own homebrew or just come drink with the professionals. The Harvest Festival and Brewfest runs Friday through Sunday.
Admission to the harvest festival is free. There are additional charges for brew fest activities.
Medford’s Third Friday event has a new location and big plans to celebrate.
Come celebrate Eat Local Week and Medford’s Third Friday Art Walk at the spectacular food truck festival! Taste locally
inspired menu items from Figgy’s, Fresco, Rocco’s, and Rise Up.
There will also be live music and local beer by Bricktowne Brewing. It’s all happening Friday night from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Medford Commons, the new home of Medford’s Third Friday event.
This weekend, it’s your last chance to travel back in time to see how the first dramatic performance may have come to pass: it’s “Ug, the Caveman Musical” at the Camelot Theatre in Talent.
When Ug the Caveman decides to act out one of his many feats of bravery, the first live theater experience is born. The result is a hilarious musical comedy, proving that even neanderthal theater may have had some modern-day challenges.
“Ug, the Caveman Musical” runs through Sunday.
This weekend head out to ScienceWorks hands-on museum in Ashland and learn to think with your hands at Tinkerfest.
The festival includes a car take apart, 3D printing, tinkering stations, a Frisbee throwing robot and much more.
Tinkerfest runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is $5 per person.
