OSP Investigating Motorcycle Crash

FATAL MOTORCYLEGOLD HILL, Ore. — Oregon State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash outside of Gold Hill.

Police say it happened on Highway 234, at milepost 9. The driver reportedly passed a pickup at a high speed and lost control, hitting the gravel on the shoulder and into a field.

Nolan Ringulet from Lakeview, was 31 years old. Police say he was wearing a helmet.

    This is a time of tragic time for everyone that knew Nolan. Our condolences go out to his family, everyone will miss him a lot.

    Once again he did loose control but it was because is front tire popped.

    They left out the part regarding the tire popping to which is why he lost control. Would be nice to have ALL the facts in news reports… My condolences to the friends and family
