SALEM, Ore. — Oregon schools just got their report cards. Only a third of Oregon public schools took home an “outstanding” grade last year. It is a 3% increase from the year before.
10% of schools “need improvement”, the remaining 59% of public schools are rated “satisfactory”. Four schools in the Medford District were graded outstanding, one needs improvement
The Grants Pass School District had five outstanding schools and one which needs improvement. The report cards are based on attendance, graduation rates, and student performance.
