No Charges In Clinic Stabbing Case

GRANTS PASS, Ore. – The Josephine County District Attorneys Office says no criminal charges will be filed against two men involved in a fight last month at the local Planned Parenthood office.

Prosecutors said Christopher Tolhurst was acting in self defense when he stabbed a man at the Grants Pass clinic last month. Tolhurst said Ted Clair knocked him down and was beating him in the head when Tolhurst pulled out a knife and stabbed Clair seven times in self-defense.

Clair is still in a Medford Hospital. Prosecutors said Clair was the attacker, but has already suffered enough.
