ASHLAND, Ore. — A new center is opening in Ashland, offering additional resources to residents in need. Ashland previously only offered residents in need a few meals and a place to stay.
The Ashland Community Resource Center will close up the gap of needed resources by offering service referrals, backpack storage, Internet access, hygiene supplies, and much more.
The center officially opens on February 6th. Shower and laundry facilities are expected to be added in March.
The center is located on Clover Lane, next door to the emergency food bank. Hours will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
