MEDFORD, Ore. – The Medford Mustangs sweep Grants Pass in a doubleheader on Tuesday night. Medford was trailing the Nuggets 4-2 with two outs in the bottom of the 7th inning in Game 1. That’s when Charlie Walker cracked a three-run walk-off home run to win the game.

Grants Pass would have a quick response in the Game 2, scoring five runs in the 1st inning, but the Mustangs would silence the Nuggets’ bats after that. Medford scores 11 unanswered runs to win 11-5 and finish tied with Roseburg for 2nd place in the Zone 4 standings (below).
