Much Needed Rain Moves in Tomorrow

video preview image

A cold front is going to push inland tomorrow afternoon. This is going to bring light showers to the viewing area, beginning at the Coast early tomorrow morning. By midday, rain will reach the Valley and the Cascades shortly after. The East Side will see very light and isolated rain showers by the afternoon. Winds are going to pick up along the ridges and in the East Side. A wind advisory has been issued for Eastern Klamath County & Lake County as well. Wind gusts could reach 45-55mph, while sustained winds will sit between 25-35 mph.

Temperatures will drop about 10 degrees into the day tomorrow behind the front. Highs closer to seasonal values are expected through the week. As of now, it looks as though Tuesday & Wednesday are going to be mostly sunny for all areas before several more disturbances pass through the NW bringing some more chances for rain.

Enjoy the next work week!
