An area of low pressure over the Pacific will continue to pull moisture and cool air inland with snow at mountain locations and rain the valleys overnight. A few sunny breaks return on Thursday and Friday with slightly warmer temperatures.

Are the passes covered with snow so that an RV cant travel thru there from Susanville California into southwestern Oregon?
