CRATER LAKE, Ore.– Rangers at Crater Lake National Park are looking for a missing snowshoe hiker.
A missing person report was filed last Wednesday. Witnesses say the hiker was last seen that Monday. Rangers were able to locate tracks leading to a collapsed ledge of snow. So far officials say evidence of the hiker has not been found.
Park Officials said those ledges of snow are common this time of year and visitors should avoid the rim area completely.
