MEDFORD, Ore. — The Medford School Board has reached a deal with employees on a new two-year agreement.
Under the agreement, which was ratified by the union this week, most employees will get a raise, some up to 8%. It will also give a fixed amount to employee’s medical insurance.
District workers will contribute 6% to their Public Employee Retirement System account. Discussions about the new agreement have been going on since April.
