MEDFORD, Ore. – A Rogue Valley woman is celebrating her 103rd birthday. Pearl Teeter was born in 1909 in Washington.
She graduated from Whitman College with a degree in English and a minor in music during the Great Depression.
She was married to Kenneth Teeter in 1935. They had four daughters, all raised in Medford. She now has 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Her daughters say she’s a Scrabble whiz and was quite the golfer, frequenting the Rogue Valley Country Club.
