PHOENIX, Ore. — Dozens of Rogue Valley residents are preparing for a rally at the Capitol in Salem on Monday. Members of Health Care for All – Oregon say they’ll take a bus early Monday morning for the rally. More than 3,000 people are expected to turn out for the rally.
Buses leave from Ashland’s Bi-Mart at 6 a.m., Medford’s Food 4 Less at 6:45 a.m., and the Grants Pass Wal-Mart at 7:30 a.m. Monday.
Participants say they plan to speak with lawmakers after the rally to encourage healthcare coverage for all in the state.
