Local Murder Suspect Arrested in Nevada

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — Police say an investigation by the Klamath County Major Crime Team started Tuesday into the suspicious death of Larry Clark, 65. Investigators say he died from homicidal violence.

The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Klamath Falls resident Zane Skeen, 34. He is now in custody in Nevada.

Clark was first found dead on Lindley Way in Klamath Falls. Skeen was taken into custody in Las Vegas, Nevada on unrelated charges stemming from a car chase with the Arizona Highway Patrol that ended in a crash in Utah, according to police.

Police say Skeen is behind bars as a fugitive in a Las Vegas jail related to the murder of Clark.

The Klamath County Major Crime Team is continuing the investigation.
