ASHLAND, Ore. — Rogue Valley Growers and Crafters Market will now hold their operation on Saturday’s at a new location on Oak Street.
The market offers fresh produce, hand made crafts and delicious food samples. Market vendors said they are happy with the move and feel this new location will mean more exposure for their products.
“Its nice to know that we’re going to be downtown kind of in the heart of the community and I think its going to be a higher visibility spot for the town folks,” said Blue Fox Farm employee, Chris Jagger.
This move also means a draw for new customers for downtown businesses. Some are even offering ‘Saturday market hour specials’, featuring produce from market vendors.
The two original markets, Tuesday at Ashland’s armory and Thursday at Medford’s armory, will continue as well.
