PORTLAND, Ore. – The lawsuit against the step mother of Kyron Horman will move forward. A judge ruled on Wednesday that a two-year delay would not serve a purpose.
Kyron’s biological mother, Desiree Young, filed the lawsuit against Terri Horman, for $10 million in connection to the disappearance of Kyron.
Kyron’s step mom, Terri Horman, wanted to delay the suit saying it would interfere with a different investigation. Kyron disappeared over 2 years ago.
