Klamath Falls Man Arrested For Theft

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – A Klamath Falls man is in jail after a 9-month investigation by the Klamath Falls Police Street Crimes Unit.

25-year-old Kenneth Robert Banes was arrested Wednesday on burglary, theft, criminal mischief and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The charges stem from multiple burglaries that have been reported since December of 2011.

Some of the victims include the Klamath County Health Department, Dead Nuts Tattoo, Sound Design Car Audio, Liberty Tax, The Dollar Tree and others. It is estimated that over $100, 000 dollars in property was stolen.
