Klamath Falls Boy Injured In Crash

PRINEVILLE, Ore. — A 13-year-old Klamath Falls boy is recovering after an off-road motorcycle crash.

The Crook County Sheriff’s Office says the young teen received serious injuries in the Sunday crash near Prineville.

The sheriff’s office says the boy and his father were riding in one direction when they encountered an oncoming motorcycle; they say the boy was apparently startled and flipped his bike.

The boy was airlifted to a hospital in Bend and then to Oregon Health & Science University Hospital in Portland with a broken leg and possible internal injuries.
