MEDFORD, Ore. — The Medford School Board has voted to support Kids Unlimited’s proposed charter school, but first some physical changes need to happen before the school opens.
Kids Unlimited Executive Director Tom Cole said there were questions about its current facility on Riverside Avenue.
He says he wants to make changes to better define what the school campus will be at the location. He says the organization will work to add classroom space, and alter the outside of the building to ensure security.
“Playground needs, upgrading security, modifying the infrastructure in this facility to accommodate classrooms, both from a capacity standpoint, but also with the advantage of technology,” said Executive Director Tom Cole
Cole says the “Vibes” Charter School is on track to open by next fall.
