June 25 Forecast

An upper level low that has been off to the West for the last several days bringing us rain and cooler temperatures is going to move off to the East this evening.  We’ll see one more day of cooler and wet weather with scattered showers throughout the day and a chance for thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.  Expecting windy conditions on the East-side of mountatins by this afternoon with lighter rain showers.  Some areas to the East won’t see any rain today.

High pressure moves back into the area as we head into tomorrow and through the rest of the workweek.  We’ll see sunnier skiies as early as tomorrow afternoon and the sun will stick around for the rest of the week and we’ll start a warming trend that will continue through the weekend.  As for the weekend, another low pressure appears to be moving into the region which may bring showers to the area.  Models are not yet in agreement with the timing of the system or how wet it will be, so for now I’ll keep the forecast dry for the weekend.

Thanks for logging on and have a great Monday!
