High pressure has moved in along the west coast and will persist through Father’s Day brining a warming trend to the area starting tomorrow. We’ll see temperatures in the valley slowly get back up into the mid-80s before jumping back into the 90s on Sunday. The quicker warm up is due to the strengthening thermal trough along the coast, which is also responsible for an increase in winds. Along the coast today could see gusts up to 40 mph and 20 mph inland.
We’ll see mostly sunny skiies continue for the next several days and even more clearing by the weekend. We start to cool down a few degrees as we head into our next work week, but the forecast continues to be a dry one.
Thanks for logging on and have a great day!
