It’s all about the temperatures today with the chance for Medford to break the almost two year streak with no 100s! Today will be the hottest day of the week before the high pressure ridge over our region finally starts to shift to the East. We’ll have two upper level lows move into the region over the next several days and stick around through the weekend. These lows will usher in some monsoon moisture providing a chance for thunderstorms through the weekend. Starting tomorrow afternoon we could see some isolated thunderstorms east of the Cascades. While the biggest threat for thunderstorms will be north of our area, there is still a slight chance in Klamath and Lake counties as well as in the mountains.
Thanks for logging on and have a great rest of your 7-11!
