WASHINGTON, D.C. — The latest unemployment numbers out Friday morning show a mixed bag.
The government says the U.S. economy added 113,000 jobs last month. Experts say the good news is that it’s better than December.
They say the bad news is that it’s lower than economists were expecting. The unemployment rate was 6.6% in January.
The jobless rate has improved since its peak at 10% in 2009.
