Medford, Ore. – During the cool spring days you may be thinking about planting some cool weather crops. That includes peas.
There are a lot of different types of peas to plant including sugar, snap and snow peas. OSU Master Gardeners say you can get a jump start by soaking the seeds overnight. That will allow the seed to pre-sprout, before putting it in the ground.
