Medford, Ore. — In late May, potatoes were planted in our garden. Now they’re ready to be harvested.
To know when it’s time to harvest your plants in your own garden, look for the green plant to die off. After it has died off, dig out the plant. Potatoes grow clumped together so you’ll need to shake and seperate the potatoes.
