Medford, Ore. — With summer in full swing, we have a lot of fresh fruits to choose from. One way to hold on to the delicious fruit is by making homemade jam.
OSU Master Gardener De Guy says you don’t have to have a lot of skill or equipment to do this. She said freezer jam does not have to be cooked. All you need is sugar, instant pectin, and containers for the freezer.
To see how easy it is to make, watch this ‘In the Garden’ segment.
