Homicide Investigation in Cave Junction

Police InvestigationCAVE JUNCTION, Ore. — Oregon State Police is conducting a homicide investigation in Cave Junction.

Oregon State Police say OSP Criminal Investigations Division detectives, with the assistance of the Josephine County District Attorney’s Office, are conducting a homicide investigation in Cave Junction following the discovery Tuesday night of the body of a deceased adult male lying in a street.

The body was found on the 200 block of W. Millie Street. Illinois Valley Fire District personnel responded, and confirmed that there was a deceased adult male at that location.

The victim is identified as 39-year-old Aaron Lee Clouser, from Cave Junction. The cause of death is not being released at this time.
