A weak ridge is setting up over the Pacific Northwest and this is bringing warmer temperatures and clear skies. Friday’s beautiful weather is going to carry into Saturday. Expect warmer conditions into Saturday as well, it will be the warmest day of the next several.
A closed low off to our West will approach the Coastline by Sunday. This will bring increasing clouds for much of the viewing area, especially the Coast, by the afternoon and evening. Curry County may see a few sprinkles with the moist southwest flow, but remain mostly dry overall. By Monday, this system drives further east and at this point it will advect just enough moisture into the region for isolated showers and thunderstorms to develop.
The thunderstorms are going to be extremely isolated, mainly the Cascades and the East Side. If you have outdoor plans, I would not be too worried, as many areas will escape any wet weather for the holiday.
Have a wonderful holiday, and travel safely!
