Heroin Bust In Rogue River

ROGUE RIVER, Ore. — A Rogue River couple is in police custody on heroin-related charges.

Early Monday morning, the Medford Area Drug And Gang Enforcement Team – known as MADGE – joined the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, and Medford Police at a home in the 4800 block of North River Road in Rogue River looking for evidence of drug trafficking.

Police say one suspect, 46-year-old Thomas Anderson, may be part of a prison-based criminal gang and police say Anderson’s girlfriend, 20-year-old Marion Clark, lived at the home and was involved in the drug trafficking.

During the investigation investigators seized two ounces of heroin, a small amount of methamphetamine, scales, packaging, and money believed to be the proceeds of drug trafficking.
