The warming trend for inland areas will end tomorrow with the warmest day of the week and the year so far! Today North Bend saw one of the warmest spring days ever climbing into the 90s! Brookings, North Bend, Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, and Roseburg all broke record highs today and Montague tied a record! Tomorrow onshore flow returns to the coast so it will be cooler there but as the thermal trough moves east, inland areas will be even warmer with more records falling. A cooling trend begins Friday into the weekend with temperatures dropping about 10 degrees Friday then another 10 Saturday and another 5 to 10 on Sunday!
Showers return to the coast as a trough pushes into the region with isolated showers inland. At this time there is a slight chance for thunderstorms Monday afternoon with isolated showers for all areas.
Thanks for logging on and have a great evening!
