WASHINGTON, D.C. — One of the top leadership positions in Congress is now held by an Oregonian.
On Wednesday, Congressman Greg Walden was elected to chair the National Republican Congressional Committee, which means he’ll work with the speaker, majority leader, and other top officials to set the House’s agenda.
