NEAR UNION CREEK, Ore. – A crash on Highway 62, near Mile Marker 55 has sparked a fire.
Oregon Department of Forestry says a large truck, possibly a semi and a car, crashed about three miles south of Union Creek.
Crews are on the scene, ODF says there is a lot of fire fuel but the terrain is level and they believe it will be contained shortly.
There is a closure on Highway 62 as fire crews work on containing the fire.
