GRANTS PASS, Ore. — Overnight, the Grants Pass Rural Metro Fire Department battled a fire at a home on Peaceful Valley Lane.
They are not sure how it started, but it completely destroyed the home’s large 2-story garage and storage area. The occupants of the property were asleep in the home that was only about 8 feet from the garage that was on fire.
No one was injured. This makes the third major residential fire in Josephine County since yesterday morning.
