GRANTS PASS, Ore. — It was standing room only in the Grants Pass City Council Chambers today for the 16th annual Grants Pass Association of Realtors (GPAR) meeting.
The conference brings together community and political leaders to brief real estate agents on the state of the city of Grants Pass and Josephine County.
Sheriff Gil Gilbertson was scheduled to be among those speaking, as well as the mayor of Grants Pass and at least one county commissioners.
Organizers say it helps realtors be better prepared to answer questions from those moving to the area.
