Government Shutdown

CongressWASHINGTON, D.C. — The Senate has rejected a House spending plan that would have derailed Obamacare.

In a vote of 54 to 46 on Monday afternoon, the senate rejected the House proposal. The House plan would have delayed Obamacare for a year and repealed a tax on medical devices.

The Senate’s move increases the chances a spending deal to avoid a shutdown will not be reached by midnight.

More scare tactics…What happened to our ‘messiah’??
This problem could easily be fixed by cutting back ALL politicians’ salaries by half or more, including fringe benefits & cutting ALL politicians’ including the top ones pensions down to 1/4 of what they now get & cutting out ALL special interests. That includes the wasteful spending as well as welfare for druggies, fat people who are too lazy to work & do nothing but sit home smoke, drink & eat & welfare career ‘mothers’.
Start there. Big government is a waste of time & money & killing our country.
Maybe shutting it down isn’t such a bad idea?
    Think about it.

      I totally agree!
We work hard for our money, only to be taxed to the Nth, then witness a government redistribution of our toils, to people who are career welfare recipients. All this commanded by politicians who, for the most part, are nothing less than crooks, but worshiped by a biased media.
Shut it down and keep it down until they all come to their senses.
