The mission is spending the remaining 100 thousand dollars it received from the M.J. Murdock foundation in July 2012.
Administrators plan to upgrade the kitchen equipment and purchase items like a vacuum sealer to store the food it produces on its site. They say Wagner Hall has come a long way since 2011. When they first moved in they say the men slept on the floor and used plastic crates to store their personal items.
The organization has already purchased new bunk beds and lockers.
