MEDFORD, Ore. — Local Girl Scouts kicked off cookie sales on Saturday with an open house event in Medford.
Events included a cookie walk, crafts, and other games. “Get to Know Girl Scouts” is aimed to get girls involved, informing local residents about the troops service projects.
Local troops do twelve or more community service projects a year. There are about 1,000 Girl Scouts in the Rogue Valley.
