MEDFORD, Ore. — In Oregon, gas prices have been falling in recent weeks.
West coast refineries got back up to speed, crude oil prices dropped and a seasonal trend led to less consumption and lower prices at the pump. Gas prices averages for Oregon and the Medford-Ashland area, are still above the national average Tuesday, but continue to fall.
According to AAA, Tuesday’s Oregon average is 31 cents higher than the national average. While the Medford-Ashland area average is 33 cents higher. However, the prices for Medford-Ashland have dropped 2 cents since Monday.
