NEAR PACIFIC CITY, Ore. – A body which washed up at an Oregon beach this weekend is a fugitive.
State Police say fingerprint analysis confirms it is that of Kyle Wallace of Depoe Bay. The 20-year-old was last seen speeding away from a traffic stop on Highway 101 south of town.
Sunday his body washed up on a beach 30 miles north, near Pacific City. Wallace was a registered sex offender and wanted on parole violations.
