MEDFORD, Ore. — Medford Police say a driver may have suffered a medical problem that caused a four car pile-up and sent three people to the hospital on Monday afternoon.
That accident happened on the corner of Jackson Street and Crater Lake Avenue. Police say one of the drivers slammed into the third car in a line, causing a domino effect.
Three of the passengers had to be taken to two different hospitals, with unknown injuries. All of the cars involved were pretty banged up.
Police directed traffic through the intersection while the four cars were towed away. Police say the driver at fault may have suffered a medical problem that caused loss of control.
