MEDFORD, Ore. – Firefighters are monitoring a three-alarm warehouse fire at the intersection of Fir St. and W. 4th St. in Medford.

It started around 2:00 A.M., but officials said it likely went undetected for some time due to the hour it occurred.  When fire crews arrived, the fire was burning so big and so hot that they called for back-up.

Eleven total engines from Jackson County Fire District 3, Jackson County Fire District 5,  Medford Fire and Rescue and Jacksonville Fire responded.

No one was injured, and the building is a total loss.

The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
