BOCA RATON, Fla. — The third and final presidential debate takes place tonight in Boca Raton, Florida. There are just 15 days until the election and poll numbers show the race has narrowed to a razor thin margin.
The 90-minute face-off will focus on foreign policy with moderator Bob Schieffer of CBS News, opening each segment with a question, and each candidate having two minutes to respond. The Commission On Presidential Debates, which sponsors the debates says the topics will include the war in Afghanistan, trade issues with China and the growing nuclear ambitions of Iran.
Political analysts expect Romney to press the President on the Libyan consulate attack and the many lingering questions about what the administration knew and when. The President will likely tout the killing of Osama Bin Laden and remind voters of Romney’s trip to Britain during the Olympics, when the host nation felt he insulted their handling of security.
