GLENDALE, AZ. – Oregon Ducks head coach Chip Kelly implemented a rule this year to close practices to the media. An NCAA rule, however, mandates a portion of BCS bowl game practices open to the media. Therefore, NewsWatch 12′s Erik Elken attended a Fiesta Bowl practice and focuses on the Ducks defense versus the Kansas State offense. Brandi Smith also features local Arizona wines.
